- AED 100 flat pickup/delivery fee for orders below AED 500.
- AED 200 cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup.

FAQ
Is pickup and delivery really free?
Yes — free for orders AED 500 and above. Orders below AED 500 have a flat AED 100 pickup & delivery fee.
What's the turnaround time?
Most alterations are ready within a few days of pickup. The exact turnaround is confirmed when we collect your garment, and express service is available if you need it faster.
Can I get express service?
Yes — tick "Express service" in the booking form below. Express turnaround is faster, at double the regular alteration price.
What if the alteration doesn't fit right?
Let us know within a few days of delivery and we'll make it right, free of charge, within the original scope of the alteration.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup incur a AED 200 fee. Please give us as much notice as possible so we can reallocate the slot.
Do you alter uniforms/workwear as well as regular clothing?
Yes — uniform and workwear alterations are a core part of what we do, alongside general garment alterations for everyday clothing.
